Design Notes

The combinations of sub units are made to meet the maximum size limit of 3kB order from IDT. Also, the sequence has been codon optimised for P.pastoris.

sMMO C (Bba_K1390002) , sMMO Y(Bba_K1390005) and sMMO D(Bba_K1390004) originally from Methylococcus capsulatus, codon optimised by GenScript for P. pastoris and synthesized as a g-block from IDT.
